Jello
Things You'll Need
1/2 tablespoons of gelatin 2 cups of water (one cup cold and one cup hot)
1 1/4 cup of a juice of your choice
1/2 cup sugar if you want to
You mix the gelatin in 1 cup cold water.
you mix the juice, sugar if you want it and hot water.
you add them together and you get jello after you put it in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
we are wondering if we make this with sparkly water, whether this would change the jello and be yummy. We will see.

7Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 Cup Water
small Saucepan
1 Small Box of Jello
7Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 Cup Water
small Saucepan
Instructions
Mix the Jello and gelatin together in the saucepan. Make sure that they are thoroughly combined.
Stir the water into the gelatin mixture. It will become a lumpy mess for now, but will smooth out soon enough once it is heated.
Place the saucepan over medium low heat and gently stir until all of the gelatin has melted. It will take several minutes for the lumps to smooth out, but do not allow this mixture to boil.
Pour your molten gelatin mixture into bear shaped candy molds. (you can use any molds you like)place your candy molds in the freezer for ten minutes so your gummy candies can set.

Candy Hearts
We are making conversation hearts for St. Valentines Day
1 pack or 2 tsp plain gelatin
½ cup water
2 tsp cornsyrup (we used the light)
2 lbs powder sugar
First we mix the gelatin, corn syrup and water in a
microwave safe bowl. Then we mixed the
gelatin around. Next we microwaved that for 30 seconds and stirred it again.
We put all of that in the mixer and then slowly added the
sugar until it was all mixed.
We kneaded the stiff dough with extra sugar until it was
not sticky anymore. Then we separated
that into 5 balls and we made a crater in the center. In that crater we put some food coloring and
flavors in that. then we kneaded each ball until it was all
incorporated. It was a good thing we
wore gloves so our hands did not get colored.
After that we rolled each out and used tiny heart cookie
cutters and set the candy aside to dry.
